Returns & Refunds
14-Day Return Policy
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Conditions

Postage Costs:
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Exceptions
Personalised/custom-made items (e.g., cards with specific names/dates) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Lost or Damaged Items

We will cover return postage costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
